You can get a sample ballot (usually online) from your County Clerks Office.
Get the sample ballot and google everything on the ballot… mk?
Why?
Well. Unfortunately, I lost my job as a waitress.. the place closed down.
A local candidate asked me to help her in her run for a State House Seat. And now I know more than I ever wanted to know about campaigning.
There are more Democrats registered in our district than Republicans, but there has always been a Republican holding this seat. Republicans turn out at a higher rate than Democrats. If there are more Democrats, don’t you think they want a Democrat to represent them? I would think so. But seriously, people need to vote.
And don’t just go in vote for the President’s race and walk away. There is a whole ballot. We get one vote for each race, why waste it? Especially if you are holding the ballot in your hand already.
Just do it.
